Mention (@-Mention)

Notify colleagues with @-mentions in notes and comments.

Mentioning Colleagues in Comments

With the @ mention, you can address colleagues directly in comments—in customers, documents, orders, and clarification cases. Mentioned people receive a notification right away with a direct link to the comment.

How It Works

Mentioning colleagues

In a comment field, type @ and start entering a colleague's name or email address. Select the person you want from the dropdown list.

The name appears as a blue token in the text field, making it clearly recognizable as a mention.

Click Save — the mentioned person will then be notified.

Edit mentions

You can add or remove mentions in existing comments after the fact. Newly added people receive a notification; people who have already been notified are not notified again.

Notifications for mentions

In-app

Mentioned people automatically receive an in-app notification with a direct link to the comment.

Email (optional)

Email notifications for mentions are disabled by default. To enable them, navigate to your User Settings and turn on the "@-Mention Email Notifications" toggle.
