Exporting List Views

Export list views as CSV or Excel and share them selectively.

Do you want to email information from Bilendo to your colleagues, analyze the data, or bring a printout to your meeting? No problem! The most important list views you'll find in Bilendo can be exported as CSV, XLSX, or PDF files.

Creating exports

• Navigate to the list view you want

• If needed, set filters to narrow down the data

• Scroll to the bottom of the first page

• Click “Export” and select the data format you want

• By default, you can download the export directly in your browser

• Particularly large exports are sent by email with a download link

Notes:
CSV and XLSX exports are provided with up to 1,000,000 entries.

PDF export is no longer possible for list views with more than 10,000 entries.

The link in the email for downloading the export expires after 7 days, and the export file can no longer be downloaded.
