Clarification data is available as dashboard reports and as exports. All reports respect the viewer's data access—users only aggregate across clarifications they are allowed to see, and all require the Clarifications (read) permission.
Dashboard Reports (Receivables Insights Dashboard)
| Report | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Clarification overview | KPI tiles vs. the previous period: number created, escalated, reopened, closed (with total document amount and % change), plus average response time and average resolution time. |
| Clarifications over time | A line chart of clarifications created per day / week / month. |
| Clarification trends | A flow (Sankey) of lifecycle transitions — e.g., created → escalated → resolved. |
| Clarifications by workflow | Breakdown by workflow: created / escalated / restarted (count + amount), average response and resolution time. |
| Top 20 Customers by Disputes | The 20 customers with the most disputes — count, amount, escalated amount, average resolution time. |
| Dispute Reasons | Disputes grouped by the accepted reason — count, total amount, and escalated amount per reason. |
Custom Reports can also group disputes by reason, response template, or workflow.
Exports
| Export | Format | Content |
|---|---|---|
| Inbox/table export | CSV, XLSX | One detailed row per clarification: clarification numbers, customer, status, reporter/assignee, dates, escalation info, workflow, document/deduction details, and the current reason (accepted reason + optional reasons + free-text message). |
| PDF export | A printable table of clarifications (clarification number, from/with, customer, document, status, due date & creation date); supports grouped rows. | |
| Webhook export | CSV, XML, JSON, XLSX | A nearly raw field dump of the clarification, for external integrations (see Integration). |
