Grouped Reasons
What is this?
With grouped reasons, you combine multiple clarification reasons into a group with a shared color. Each reason inherits the color of its group and is color-coded in all clarification overviews, so you can spot related clarifications at a glance.
Requirements
You can find the management page under Clarifications › Settings › Grouped Reasons.
Only primary reasons can be assigned to a group. Optional additional reasons remain in the neutral default color.
Step by Step
Create a group
Open Clarifications › Settings › Grouped Reasons.
Click Add group.
Enter a short, descriptive name and choose a color using the color picker.
Save your changes. The new group appears in the overview with its name, color, and the number of assigned reasons.
Assign a reason to a group
Open the desired clarification reason in the edit form.
In the Group field, select the appropriate group. A preview immediately shows the associated color.
Save your changes. From now on, the reason will appear everywhere in the color of its group.
Filter by group
In the Clarification Overview and the Reasons Overview, the Grouped Reasons filter is available. In the Reasons Overview, you can also show the Grouped Reasons column.
