Introduction
Getting started with Bilendo Analytics and available reports.
How has the number of payment reminders developed over the past few months? Which business area causes the most clarification cases? How much revenue were you able to generate last year? You can now add these and many other useful reports in just a few clicks under the “Reporting” menu item (left navigation bar), provided the add-on has been activated for your account.
Different problems in companies call for individual solutions when it comes to visualizing key figures. With our Reporting add-on, you can independently configure the reports that are relevant to you. This way, you always maintain transparency over your processes and can initiate necessary optimizations in good time.
All dashboards you create, including their content, are available to every invited user (not service users).
Two types of reports can be added to your dashboards:
Preconfigured reports

In this example, the data selection would display a line chart of the number (KPI) of dunning notices (main object) from the last 12 months (time period). One data point would be shown per week (frequency). The individual data points would be grouped by dunning level (grouping).
This is just one of many possible combinations with our custom reports.
