Checklist & Question Catalogs

What Bilendo needs from the customer, and where the customer answers it in a structured way.

The “SAP BTP Utilities” integration includes four question catalogs that are instantiated on the customer's account when the integration is created. The customer answers them in the portal. Their status (open / answered / accepted) is visible to both sides. They replace email.
