Checklist & Question Catalogs
What we need from the customer, and where they answer it.
The "SAP S/4HANA FI-AR" integration includes five question catalogs. They are instantiated on the customer's account when the integration is created. The customer answers them in the portal. The status (open / answered / accepted) is visible to both sides. They replace email.
| Catalog | Who answers | What it covers |
|---|---|---|
| System & Access | SAP Basis | Release, services, technical user, external access path, QA system, volume estimate |
| Business Specifications | Accounts Receivable Accounting | Company codes, document types, special G/L, open items, reference fields, branches and assignments |
| Dunning & Return Channel | Receivables Management | Dunning procedures, dunning areas, key date, return channel, follow-up processes, fees and interest |
| Vendor-Related Customers | Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Accounting | Optional: whether they exist, whether offsetting is flagged on both sides, what is excluded |
| Order Data from SD | Internal Sales / Clarification | Optional: what the customer asks for, whether invoices are order-related, PDF, partner roles |
What must be in place before the first test extraction
The services are active in the QA system, and the technical user exists and has read permission.
The external access path is in place (API Management proxy or Communication Arrangement).
The list of company codes and the document type mapping are available.
The value table mapping dunning procedure → Bilendo dunning area has been agreed.
The three checks from the concept have been answered: Is
A_CustomerDunningwritable, does a clearing changeLastChangeDate, and are open items used?
Credentials, certificates, and keys never belong in a question catalog. Use a separate, secure channel for them.
