Archiving
Archive completed dunning processes and file them in an audit-proof manner.
Archiving a dunning notice reverses the change to the dunning levels of all listed documents and potentially creates a new dunning notice that you can edit before sending it again.
Archiving a dunning notice can help you in the following cases:
Incorrect dunning notice
If the dunning notice you sent contains an error (e.g., you forgot to put a certain document on dunning stop), you can archive it to create a “new” dunning notice and make the necessary changes before sending it again.Wrong contact person/email address
If the dunning notice was sent to the wrong contact person or to an incorrect email address, archiving it lets you immediately create a brand-new dunning notice that you can send to the correct contact person. This ensures that your customer always receives the most up-to-date information when a dunning notice is sent.
