Default View for Dunning Notices and Letters

When sending dunning notices or letters, the PDF tab is now preselected by default.

Previously, when email was selected as the sending method, users had to switch to the PDF tab manually every time.

Decoupling Export Layout Permissions from Data Access Restrictions

Administrators no longer need full data access just to configure export structures. This removes an unnecessary permissions dependency and makes self-service configuration significantly easier.

Users with access to the settings can now view and manage export layouts even when data access restrictions are enabled.

Granular Access Rights for Comments

Administrators can now control whether a team member can edit comments, view them only, or not see them at all—for each object type separately. This eliminates the previous all-or-nothing logic for comments.

User roles now include a new subcategory "Comments" under Customers, Documents, and Orders in the permissions table. Each of these subcategories supports three permission levels:

Notification System & Subscriptions

The previous notification system has been replaced with a much more detailed solution. Users can now create subscriptions ("Subscribe") for specific customers, documents, clarifications, or credit limit proposals and define exactly when and how they want to be notified.

Where can I find this?

How it works:

Notification types include:

Note: This new notification system is currently being rolled out to all customers in phases.

File Name Search in Comments (Extension of the Notifications & Comments Feature)

The search in the comments view now also considers the file names of attachments stored in comments. This allows users to search for a specific file name and find the corresponding file, even if it was shared only within a comment.

Manual PDF Upload for Credit Insurance Policies

We are pleased to introduce a new feature: PDF documents can now be manually added to and retrieved from credit insurance policies!
This means all decision-relevant documents are stored centrally in one place – directly with the respective credit insurance policy.

What problem are we solving?
Until now, official insurer documents (e.g., approvals, limit changes, or cancellations) had to be managed externally. This fragmentation made it harder for credit managers to quickly access the original evidence behind a decision.

The solution
With the new upload feature, you can assign PDF documents directly to a credit insurance policy, similar to the existing feature for credit reports.

How it works:

  1. Navigate: Open the detail view of the desired credit insurance policy.

  2. Upload: Use the new document upload feature (similar to adding a comment) to select and upload your PDF file.

  3. Access: All attached files are immediately visible and can be downloaded directly by authorized users.

Risk Warning When Credit Insurance Is Exceeded

You now receive an immediate notification when a customer's credit insurance is exceeded.

Our new risk warning “Credit Insurance Exceeded” is triggered automatically as soon as a customer's balance exceeds the amount covered by the credit insurance, enabling you to take action immediately.

How it works:

  1. Configure: Navigate to your Credit Policy Settings.

  2. Enable: Add the "Credit Insurance Exceeded" risk alert.

  3. Monitor: As soon as the threshold is exceeded, the alert appears in your Risk Dashboard.

Display of Expired Collateral in Risk Management

We have expanded the Risk Management tab to provide a more complete historical overview. Users can now view both active and expired collateral in a structured list, without losing any relevant risk data.

New Sidebar Section "Your Processed Proposals"

We have expanded the Credit Limit Proposals view to make your personal contributions easier to track.
Previously, it was difficult to track the status of credit limit proposals that you had processed yourself. Once a proposal was validated or moved further along in the workflow, you often had to filter for it manually to see the final outcome of your own work.

The Solution
We have added a new sidebar entry, "Your Processed Proposals". This view serves as a personal work overview for open credit limit proposals and shows all proposals you have been involved in, in one central place.

Redesigned Sidebar for Attachments

We have restructured how attachments are displayed and added smart grouping and sorting features. You can now find files by content or by creator.

What's new:

Detailed View for Credit Insurance

We have redesigned the credit insurance view and introduced tab-based navigation. As a result, all relevant information, from insurance details to legal identification data, is available in a single, structured view.

This solution is already available for all of our credit insurance providers: Allianz Trade, Atradius & Coface.

Comparing ERP and External Master Data

We're excited to introduce the new "Master Data Comparison" feature!
This feature bridges the gap between your internal ERP data and the data from external credit agencies and insurers, letting you spot discrepancies in seconds and verify data quality.
Maintaining high-quality master data is an ongoing challenge. Information in the ERP system (e.g., company names or addresses) often differs from the data held by credit agencies or insurers.

The Solution
The new "Compare" feature brings all data sources together in a single side-by-side view. Your ERP data stays fixed while you switch between external providers to see which one supplies the most current or accurate information.

What's new:

How it works:

  1. Navigate to the Master Data section in the customer sidebar or on the Customer Show page.

  2. Click the new "Compare" button next to your ERP data.

  3. In the modal, you can switch between the external providers at the top.

  4. Review the fields marked in red to identify potential updates in your system.
