New Categories & Filters for Your Comments

Never lose track of your comments again! With this update, you can categorize comments, color-code them, and filter them as needed.

What's new: You can now assign custom categories to your comments. They are fully customizable, highlighted in color, and make teamwork significantly more efficient.

Your benefits:

How it works:

  1. Set up: Admins can define names, colors, and even translations for the categories in the Settings.

  2. Tag: When writing a comment, simply select the appropriate category.

  3. Filter: Use the filter function in the Comments tab to adjust the view.

Disable Scheduled Data Exports

You now have full control over your automated data flows. Instead of having to delete and recreate configurations, you can now simply deactivate scheduled exports temporarily.

What's new: We've introduced a new active/inactive toggle for all scheduled data exports. With it, you can pause exports when you don't need them and reactivate them later with just one click.

Why this is helpful:

Where can I find this feature? Simply open the detail view of any scheduled export. There you'll find the new toggle for setting the status to “Inactive” or “Active.”

New Default Sorting for Dunning Notices

We've optimized the view of your sent dunning notices so you can find the most important information right away, with no lengthy searching.

What's new: Your sent dunning notices are now sorted in descending chronological order (newest to oldest) by default.

Your benefits:

Comments on the Overview Page

You no longer have to open each customer profile individually to check the current status of communication. We're bringing comments directly into your list views!

What's new: We've introduced a new, dynamic Comments column. An icon immediately shows you whether comments exist for an entry and how many.

Your benefits:

Where do I find the feature? You can easily add the “Comments” column via the table settings on the following pages:

Address Data Directly in the Customer List

You can now display address information directly in your main overview.

What's new: You can now add the Street, City, ZIP Code, and Country fields as separate columns directly in the customer index.

Your benefits:

How to enable the fields:

  1. Navigate to the Customer Index.

  2. Open the Table Design (Edit My Table).

The New URL Field for Custom Fields

Say goodbye to cluttered, long web addresses in your records! We've introduced the new "URL" field type to keep your user interface clean and efficient.

What's new: Instead of displaying a cryptic web address, the field name itself acts as a smart link.

Your benefits:

Resend with a Full Audit Trail

We've improved the process for resending letters. From now on, your history stays clean and untouched, while you also enjoy maximum flexibility when resending.

What's new: Instead of resetting a letter that has already been sent back to "Draft" status, the system now automatically creates an identical copy as a new draft.

Why this is better:

How it works:

  1. Open any sent letter.

  2. Click Resend.

  3. A new draft is automatically created using the data from the original.

  4. Edit the draft if needed and simply send it again.

The New Central Action Bar for Your Risk Management

We've made risk management more efficient! All the key functions are now in one central location, so you can edit credit limits and policies even faster.

What's new: Instead of switching back and forth between different areas, you'll now find a new Action Bar at the top of the Risk Management tabs and in the sidebar. It brings together the most important commands in a clear, easy-to-use bar.

Your benefits:

Where can I find the new feature? The Action Bar is now available on the “Policy Details” page and in the summary in the sidebar.

Tip: When you hover your mouse over the icons, a short text (tooltip) immediately shows you the corresponding function.

Custom Fields in Credit Limit Request Templates

Manual retyping is a thing of the past! We've improved the templates for credit limit requests so you can use existing information even more efficiently.

What's new: You can now integrate custom fields as an element in your request templates. This means that data already stored in the system is automatically pulled into the request.

Why this matters to you:

How to configure it: Go to the settings of your credit limit request templates. When adding a new element, simply select “Custom Field” from the dropdown menu.

Advanced Filters for Aging Reports

You now have even more control over which data goes into your Aging Reports. With the new organization filters, you can segment your reports exactly to fit your needs.

What's new: You can now filter your Aging Reports directly by Area, Business Unit, and Customer Group.

Your benefits:

Object-Level Filters for Webhooks

Your external systems should only receive the data they truly need. With the new Object-Level Filtering for webhooks, you can now define exactly which events trigger an action.

What's new: You can now store filter criteria directly in the webhook configuration. This ensures that your target system only receives relevant information, for example, "Only send updates for key accounts."

Why this matters:

How it works:

  1. Open settings: Navigate to your webhook configurations.

  2. Select an object: Choose the object type you want to filter.

  3. Define a filter: Set specific criteria (e.g., "Customer group is Key Account").

  4. Automatic logic: For every event, Bilendo automatically checks:

    • Match? The webhook is triggered.

    • No match? No webhook.
