The clarification navigation displays live counters for each view, grouped into sections:

Below that: Bookmarks, dynamic links to Area / Business Unit / Team (your own only) and — with the Clarification Workflows permission — the Configuration (reasons, response templates, workflows).

Filter & Sort

The inbox is fully filterable — by workflow, response template, assignee, reporter, area/business unit/sales unit, team, escalation level, next action, status, date fields (due / escalated / resolved / …), customer balance, dunning level and more. Columns are configurable per user (see Reports & Exports) and sortable.

The Detail Page of a Clarification

An open clarification shows a page with a header area (status, escalation, and overdue badges, a Viewer button, a Watch button, the highlighted next-action button, and an options menu) and multiple tabs:

TabShows
Overviewthe workspace (see below)
Accounts Receivable Cockpitthe visible documents and reconciliations of the customer, limited by the Pull-Scope of the workflow (see Clarification Workflows → Visibility in Accounts Receivable Cockpit)

Media Files / Document Commentsdisplayed if relevant

The "Overview" Tab

  1. Timeline — the position details, the original message/attachments, then a chronological history of events (replies, escalations, sent reminders, reminder stops, payments, added documents, etc.).

  2. Info — contextual banners (add assignee, upcoming escalation, currently resolved, restart info, due date).

  3. Actions — the interactive area: the reply form, additional reply, review submitted reply, resolve conflicts, or close/resolve controls — depending on the next action.

  4. Comments — an internal discussion thread.

Tip: The next-action button in the header jumps directly to the appropriate control in the Actions area — the fastest way to work on a clarification.

Read / Unread / Closed

Each clarification tracks who viewed it and when. Unread clarifications (and those with new comments) show an indicator; you can filter by read / unread and sort by that.
