Recommended Column Configuration of Index Pages

The index pages for clarifications (the clarifications inbox) can be freely configured in the displayed columns, their order, and their display. This page describes the recommended basic configuration from Bilendo — a proven starting point that we recommend for all customers to adopt and which you can subsequently adapt to your processes.

Where to configure this

Configure the columns of the clarifications index page in the index page settings:

1. Open the list view of the clarifications and click on Table Layout > Interface Templates in the bottom right.

2. Select the interface template there, e.g. Standard

3. In the interface template, select "Clarifications" > configure

4. The dialog Configure columns — Clarifications opens.

5. Use + Add column to add a field from the Available fields; Remove all columns clears the selection.

6. Change the order by dragging and dropping using the handle (⠿) on each column card.

7. For each column, you can set Sort, Alignment, Font weight, Color and Background; remove a single column using Delete.

8. Save with Save (or discard with Cancel).
