When someone answers a clarification, they typically choose from predefined reasons (reason templates). The reasons and the associated answer templates are managed in the clarification module under Clarifications → Reasons and Answer Templates respectively.
Reasons
A reason is a single, reusable reason template (e.g., "Goods damaged", "Price dispute", "Credit pending"). Each reason has:

| Description | Optional explanatory text. |
Required reasons are the main reason — exactly one is selected per response. They feed the report Clarification Reasons and the reason drill-down filter.
Optional reasons are additional tags — multiple can be selected per response. Optional reasons are typically used as predefined answers so that users can enter responses faster and more consistently.
