What does this mean for you?
You don't need to do anything. We will migrate all data, workflows, and reasons automatically. Your existing clarification and dunning processes will continue unchanged on June 18, 2026 — only the interface is new and offers extended features.
Register Your Key Users for the Sandbox
Starting on June 3rd, we will provide a sandbox environment with the new clarification system. There, your key users can try out the functions, create screenshots for internal training, and become familiar with the new interface before the production release on June 17th.
→ Register now for the early access environment.
Registered key users will automatically receive their sandbox access credentials on June 3rd, 2026.
3 Things You Can Prepare Right Now
You don't need to prepare anything — we will migrate everything. However, those who review these three points before the release will immediately benefit from the new reporting:
1. Consolidate reasons
In Clarification Management 2.0, reasons are central data — usable across all response templates and workflows. This enables cross-workflow reporting.
What you can do: List your existing reasons (on average 15–20, maximum 50). Define one to three concise keywords as titles per reason — these will be prominently displayed in the new interface after the release. Optional: color categorization (e.g., liquidity risk, dispute, process/admin).
2. Review response templates
Your response templates will be migrated 1:1. Before the release is the right time to check them for currency — which templates are actually used, which are outdated?
3. Create workflow inventory
With Dispute Management 2.0, more flexible workflow routing (AND/OR conditions, dynamic recipients from customer master and company code) becomes possible. Get an overview of your current workflows in advance — after the release, you will often have the opportunity to consolidate multiple workflows into one or conversely split one workflow meaningfully.

Information for your users
To ensure the transition goes smoothly for your end users, we recommend the following communication to all users in your company who use Bilendo:
"On Wednesday, July 15, 2026, Bilendo will migrate the clarification module to a new version. Starting Thursday, July 16, we will be working with the new interface. The functions remain identical and will be enhanced with additional capabilities. This is what the new clarification will look like. You can find the release article here. "
