Receivables
Dunning Export: "Contact Email" Column
What changed:
Dunning export layouts now offer a selectable "Contact Email" column.
CSV and XLSX exports show the email address of the contact linked to the dunning notice (same value as in the dunning overview table).
Existing layouts and their column order remain unaffected; for exports without a custom layout, the new column is appended at the end.
Why this matters: For dunning notices that have already been sent, receivables staff can now see directly in the export which contact was actually addressed. This eliminates manual lookups during follow-up actions or handovers.
Interface Templates: Notification Settings per User Role
What changed:
Interface templates now include a "Notifications" section.
Administrators can predefine notification settings (customers, journal entries, clarifications) per user role.
"Apply now" retroactively applies the template to all existing users in the selected role.
"Enforce" locks the settings – users in the target role can no longer change their notification settings.
Why this matters: Notification configurations were previously left entirely up to individual users, which led to inconsistent settings across teams. Administrators can now set a default per role and enforce it where consistency is critical.
Risk
Customer comment indicator in the "Credit Limit Suggestion" view
What has changed:
The customer comment button is now displayed in the detail view of the credit limit suggestion next to the customer name in the header area.
It only appears if a comment exists for the customer (same visibility rule as in the overview view).
Clicking it opens the existing left-hand comment sidebar.
Why this matters: Users can check the context about the customer while evaluating a credit limit suggestion, without having to navigate back to the overview.
Risk Alerts - Prioritized View with Progress Tracking
What has changed:
Risk alerts are now automatically sorted by severity (High → Medium → Low) and then by date (newest first).
The columns have been rearranged: Severity → Date → Type → Tasks → Action (Severity now comes first).
A new task counter (e.g., 1/3) shows the processing progress for each alert.
Why this matters: Customers can address the highest-risk entries first, instead of searching through a purely date-sorted, all-blue list. They can also see at a glance how far along each alert has been processed.
Collateral – Logic Change for Collateral Card
What has changed:
The status is now displayed exactly once per row via a badge.
Updated column order: Status → Expiration date → Collateral type → Secured amount → Chevron icon.
New sorting: Active collateral (ascending by expiration date) first, followed by expired collateral (ascending by expiration date).
Why this matters: The "Active/Expired" status—being the most important value—previously had too little visual weight. The redesign removes distracting elements and makes active and expired collateral immediately distinguishable.
Edit Credit Limit – Current Value Now Shown Directly in the Form
What has changed:
When editing a credit limit, the current value was previously shown as a tooltip when hovering over the input field.
It is now displayed permanently and directly within the edit form—no tooltip required anymore.
Why this matters: The tooltip took up a lot of space and obscured important information. Users can now always keep the reference value in view while entering a new limit.
Risk Management Tab: Score & Risk Class without Credit Limit
What changed:
Score and risk class are now visible in the "Risk Management" tab under
Customer#Detail Vieweven if no credit limit has been defined. The calculation is performed automatically based on the following rules:
Customer group assigned → score is displayed
Customer is assigned to exactly one BU (business unit) or credit control area → score is displayed
Customer is assigned to multiple BUs or credit monitoring areas → no automatic calculation
Why this matters: Previously, Credit Risk Managers had to open or create a credit limit proposal just to view a customer's score. This extra step is now eliminated — the score is directly available in the customer record for most standard configurations.
User-Customizable Key Stats
What changed:
Users can now personalize their key stats layout via "…" → "Customize Layout" on the key stats card.
The modal only shows the key stats that have been enabled by the administrator in the interface templates. Users can reorder or disable individual key stats.
Users cannot add key stats that have been disabled by the administrator. The framework defined by the administrator always forms the upper limit.
Why this matters: The requirements for key metrics vary depending on the team and role. Users can now highlight the metrics most relevant to their workflow without having to wait for changes from the administrator – while administrators retain full control over which metrics are available and whether personal customizations are allowed.
Interface Templates | Editing Flow for Modals & Pages
What has changed:
Editing components in interface templates no longer uses direct inline saving in the text field, but instead uses modals or dedicated pages:
Risk Metrics → Modal
Notification → Modal
Tab Layout → Dedicated Page
All three variants include an explicit "Save" button; saving redirects back to the original tab of the interface template.
Why this matters: The inline saving behavior caused confusion among administrators, as changes were not always clearly confirmed or discarded. The new flow makes the edit/save/cancel pattern explicit and consistent across all components of the interface templates.
Interface Templates | Risk Tab Layout
What changed:
New sub-tab "Tab Layout" under Settings → Interface Templates.
Administrators can configure the layout of the "Risk Management" tab and the "Credit Limit Suggestion" overview per role:
Drag-and-drop to rearrange cards (handle icon)
Free resizing via corner handles
Enable or disable individual cards per role
The layout is saved per role.
Fixed area: Score, risk class, and credit limit cannot be moved.
Why this matters: Previously, administrators had no way to define a separate starting layout for different roles. Users had to configure their view from scratch themselves. Now, credit managers, accountants, and other roles can start directly with a layout tailored to their workflow.
Atradius T-Code Translation
What changed:
Atradius T-Code texts can now be displayed in the user interface language when it differs from the policy language.
A translation button appears in the coverage view – clicking it retrieves the translation live via the Atradius API.
The translation is for display purposes only: the database remains in the policy language, and PDFs and reports show the original text.
Important details:
The button only appears if the policy language is correctly set in Bilendo. If it is missing or matches the UI language, the button is hidden.
Translation quality and language coverage are entirely Atradius's responsibility – there is no T-code table managed by Bilendo.
Credit Coverage Detail View for Manual Provider Columns
What changed:
Manual fields for trade credit insurance providers were previously missing from the redesigned credit coverage detail view.
All fields are now also displayed for manual providers (same layout and field set as for integrated providers).
The fields are rendered conditionally and only displayed when data is available.
Why this matters: Users who relied on manually created providers had an incomplete picture in the detail view. All captured provider information is now accessible in one place, consistent with the rest of the credit coverage view.
Manual Credit Coverages – "Deductible" Field
What changed:
The manual credit coverage form now includes the fields "Deductible" and "Deductible Type."
Entered values are saved and displayed in the credit coverage detail view.
Aligns manual coverages with automatic coverages, where the deductible is derived from the policy settings.
Why it matters: Manual coverages were missing a central coverage condition. Credit managers can now precisely document deductible information for manually created coverages—so the detail view reflects the complete picture.
Conditions for Credit Limit Approvals in Validation Steps
What changed:
Conditions can now also be added during validation steps (previously only available for approval actions).
All conditions from previous workflow steps are visible to subsequent approvers.
Input fields for conditions are validated before submission.
Why it matters: Approvers in later workflow stages had no visibility into conditions set by previous reviewers and had to rely on external channels. Conditions are now fully traceable across all steps and can already be captured during the validation phase, where they are often first noticed.
Credit Limit Index – Utilization Amount Now Displayed
What changed:
The credit limit index and the credit limit suggestion index now display the absolute utilization amount (balance + orders) in a tooltip next to the existing bar and percentage value.
No change to the calculation logic – the displayed value corresponds to the sum already used for the bar and the percentage value.
Why this matters: Users previously had to manually calculate or look up the actual utilization amount. It is now visible at a glance in both index views – without any additional navigation.
Creditreform Company Research
What changed:
Users can request a search from within the Creditreform company search if no (matching) result is found. The form includes master data, address, report options, inquiry amount, file attachments, and optional extended monitoring (DE/AT/LU only).
The order is processed asynchronously: Creditreform initially returns only a reference number, the result arrives later via the Crefo mailbox, automatically completes the search, saves the Creditreform ID on the customer, and creates the credit report.
Why this matters: Customers no longer hit a dead end when a company is missing from the Creditreform database. Instead of leaving Bilendo and manually commissioning the search with Creditreform, they trigger it within the same workflow and automatically receive the result back in the existing customer record.
Allianz Trade Company Search
What's changed:
Users can create a company at Allianz Trade directly from the Allianz company search if no match is found.
Unlike the Creditreform search, this happens synchronously: Allianz immediately returns a
companyId, the search switches directly to "Completed," and the ID is saved on the customer as the Allianz ID.Once the ID is set, the familiar Allianz processes (coverage requests, ratings, credit data) work immediately for this company.
Why this matters: Previously, a missing company in the Allianz database meant a hard stop – no ID, no coverage request. Customers had to switch to the Allianz portal and return later. Now, a single form within the existing workflow is enough, and the customer record is immediately usable.
Preconfigured Credit Limit Report
What changed:
New preconfigured report "Credit Limit Report" (chart: Credit Limit vs. Balance) available under Report Type → Preconfigured.
Shows the total credit limit and total open balance of the last 12 months as a time series at the portfolio level.
Filters: Customer Group, Business Unit, Sales Territory, Currency. No filter = all customers.
Why this matters: Previously, credit limit data was only visible per customer in the Credit Limit chart. Customers can now view portfolio-wide limit utilization and identify trends without having to create a custom report.
Credit Limit Proposal Index – "Active Expiration Date" Column
What changed:
New "Active Expiration Date" column added to the Credit Limit Proposal Index.
Shows the expiration date of the currently active credit limit per debtor.
Visible directly in the index – no need to open the proposal's detail view.
Why this matters: Reviewers can now assess the urgency of a proposal at a glance, directly in the context of the existing limit's term – especially useful when prioritizing expiring limits in the approval queue.
Custom Fields – New Field Type "Currency"
What changed:
Added new "Currency" type to the type selection for custom fields.
Accepts a numeric value + ISO currency code.
Formats values with thousands separators, decimal places, and currency labeling (e.g., 19,880,911.00 EUR).
Replaces the workaround of using integer or string fields for financial values.
Why this matters: Financial values like "expected revenue" that were stored as plain integers were hard to read at a glance. The currency type makes these values instantly understandable without manual formatting.
New KPI: Uninsured Exposure
What has changed:
The new “Uninsured Exposure” KPI is now displayed in the Credit Limit section of the Risk Management tab.
Formula: $Max(0, Credit Limit - Credit Cover) + Deductible (Credit Cover \times Deductible\,\%)$.
The hover tooltip shows the breakdown per cover with the deductible amount and percentage.
The deductible comes from the policy (automatic covers) or from manual entry (manual covers).
Why this matters:
Credit managers previously had no single value showing how much risk is effectively uninsured after accounting for credit covers and deductibles. The new KPI makes this immediately visible without manual calculation.
Credit Limit Suggestion – Info Icon for Insured Amount
What changed:
Added an info icon next to the insured amount in the sidebar of the credit limit proposal.
Hovering over it shows a tooltip with a breakdown of the underlying credit coverages and collateral.
This is the same tooltip component already used for the lock icon in the Risk Management tab (no new interaction to learn).
Why this matters: Reviewers could see the insured amount, but had no way to see what coverages or collateral made it up without leaving the proposal. The tooltip provides this context directly where the decision is made.
Balance Sheet Analysis – Manual KPI Type
What changed:
New "Manual KPI" type available in the balance sheet analysis template configuration.
KPIs of this type accept direct value entry in the balance sheet analysis view (no calculation from balance sheet parameters).
Designed for external KPI values (e.g., from Atradius, Coface, D&B) where only the final figure is delivered, but not the underlying data or, for example, the DSO.
Why this matters: Credit teams that use external credit agencies often receive isolated KPI values without the underlying balance sheet breakdown. The manual KPI type closes this gap.
Balance Sheet Analysis – Multi-Currency Support
What has changed:
Balance sheet analysis now supports multiple currencies.
Currencies must have existing system exchange rates in order to be selectable.
When recording a balance sheet analysis, users select the input currency. The target currency comes from the assigned template.
All balance sheet item values are automatically converted into the target currency.
The KPI calculation logic is not affected by this; the conversion occurs as an overlying layer.
Why this matters: Customers and external credit agencies provide balance sheet data in various currencies. Previously, analysts had to manually convert the values before entering them. The conversion now happens automatically, which keeps analyses accurate and consistent.
Credit Limit Proposal – "Additional Information" Card Added
What has changed:
The "Additional Information" card is now displayed under
Credit Limit Proposal#Detail View.Previously only available in the Risk Management tab – now consistently available in both views.
Approvers no longer need to leave the proposal to access this information.
Why this matters: Additional information relevant to a credit decision was only visible in the Risk Management tab. Approvers working within a proposal had no direct access to it – which required an extra navigation step that interrupted the review process.
"Additional Information" card – field descriptions now visible
What changed:
Field descriptions for custom text fields (String) are now displayed in the "Additional Information" card in two ways:
Info icon next to the field label – hovering over it shows the description as a tooltip.
Placeholder text in the input field – visible until the user starts typing.
Why this matters: Users filling out the "Additional Information" card had no guidance on what to enter in each field. Descriptions now appear directly in context – reducing errors and follow-up questions.
