New Filter "With Email Reply" in Sent Views
What has changed:
A new filter is available in Sent Reminders and Sent Customer Correspondence
Users can now filter for objects where a customer has replied to a customer correspondence or reminder
Facilitates prioritization of follow-up on active customer replies
Why this matters:
Previously, there was no quick way to make replies visible across these views. The filter reduces manual searching and helps teams respond faster to customer replies.
New Feature in Reminder Templates
What has changed:
Users can now enable a new switch per reminder level: "Remove positive claims without reminder level"
When activated, positive claims without an assigned reminder level are automatically removed from the reminder letter
The switch is disabled by default, so existing templates and workflows are not affected
Why is this important:
Customers who send first reminders 14 days after due date saw level 0 claims in their reminder letters. This led to unnecessary customer inquiries and manual effort for the claims management team. This switch automatically removes these unnecessary pieces of information.
New Custom Field Type "JSON"
What has changed:
Bilendo now supports the new custom field type "JSON" for storing structured, multi-level data
JSON fields are filled exclusively via import; manual editing in the UI is not possible
The data is displayed as a responsive table in a modal dialog, accessible via a table icon in list and detail views; including a transpose switch per field
Why this is important:
Customers with complex ERP data structures (e.g., multiple payment terms or payment behavior for different credit control areas) can now cleanly import and display hierarchical records in Bilendo without loss of structure or workarounds.
Column for contact email address in the dunning overview
What has changed:
A new column in the dunning overview now displays the email address of the dunning contact
Individual dunning notices no longer need to be opened to check which email address was used
Why this is important:
Receivables management teams can quickly verify delivery addresses for dunning notices directly in the list view and save time as a result.
IBAN Placeholder Formatting
What has changed:
IBAN placeholders in documents and dunning notices now output the IBAN grouped with protected spaces (e.g., DE89 3704 0044 0532 0130 00)
All existing templates with the IBAN placeholder continue to work unchanged
Why is this important:
Debtors can read and copy IBANs from dunning notices more reliably. This reduces payment errors and support requests related to incorrect transfers.

Key Metrics — Revenue Metrics for Fiscal Years
What has changed:
Two new metrics have been added to Key Metrics: Revenue for the current fiscal year and revenue for the previous fiscal year
Both are calculated based on the "Fiscal Year" field on journal entry records
Why this matters:
Credit managers can now evaluate annual performance directly in Key Metrics with year-over-year comparison, rather than relying solely on the rolling 12-month metric.
Request Credit Insurance for Non-Imported Customers
What has changed:
Users can now request credit insurance for a customer who has not yet been imported through the credit insurance provider — in the same workflow as the existing credit information request
New column "Credit Insurance" in the new customer index; pending requests show "Pending" status in both "Score" and "Credit Insurance"
Once the result is available, it can be assigned to an existing customer or converted into a new customer
If more than one match is found for credit information or credit insurance, master data can be compared side by side before assignment or conversion
Why this matters:
Customers can request coverage before a prospect is fully onboarded. The unified "Pending" status eliminates confusion about whether a request is still in progress.
Score Calculation in the New Customer Area
What changed:
Users can now calculate their score for prospects in the new customer area — that is, for recently imported customers or customers not yet in the system
The score calculation is triggered as needed: select the customer and click "Calculate Score" in the sidebar or navigation menu
After clicking, the user selects the appropriate credit policy, since the system cannot determine which logic should be applied
For prospects, the score is often based exclusively on external data (e.g., credit score plus legal form and number of employees)
Why this matters:
Previously, prospects in the new customer area had no score at all. Now users can assess risks earlier — before a prospect is fully onboarded — and leverage the available external data in each case.
Document-based permissions for credit information and credit insurance PDFs
What changed:
Access rights for credit insurance have been decoupled from "Collateral" and moved to a separate permission
New PDF access sub-categories have been added for both credit information reports and credit insurance: "No Access" and "Read/Write Access"
Frontend and backend now enforce these settings — users with "No Access" cannot view or download the corresponding PDFs
Why this matters:
Admins can now granularly restrict access to sensitive insurance and credit documents — without affecting other permissions bundled under the same role.
