Standard View Reminders and Letters

When sending reminders or letters, the PDF tab is now selected by default.

Previously, users had to manually switch to the PDF tab each time when email delivery was selected.

Decoupling of Export Layout Permissions and Data Access Restrictions

Administrators no longer need full data access just to configure export structures. This eliminates an unnecessary dependency in permissions and makes self-service configuration significantly easier.

Users with access to Settings can now view and manage export layouts even when data access restrictions are enabled.

Note: This new notification system is currently being rolled out gradually to all customers.

File Name Search in Comments (Enhancement to Notification & Comment Feature)

Search in the comments view now also considers file names of attachments stored in comments. This allows users to search specifically for a file name and find the corresponding file, even if it was shared exclusively within a comment.

Manual PDF Upload for Credit Insurance

We're excited to introduce a new feature: PDF documents can now be manually added to and retrieved from credit insurance!
This allows all decision-relevant documents to be stored centrally in one place – directly with the respective credit insurance.

What problem do we solve?
Previously, official insurer documents (e.g., approvals, limit changes, or cancellations) had to be managed externally. This fragmentation made it difficult for credit managers to quickly access the original evidence of a decision.

The Solution
With the new upload feature, PDF documents can be assigned directly to credit insurance – similar to the already familiar function for credit reports.

How it works:

  1. Navigate: Open the detail view of the desired credit insurance.

  2. Upload: Use the new document upload function (similar to adding a comment) to select and upload your PDF file.

  3. Retrieve: All attached files are immediately visible and directly downloadable for authorized users.

Risk warning when credit insurance is exceeded

From now on, you will receive an immediate notification when a customer's credit insurance is exceeded.

Our new risk warning "Credit insurance exceeded" is automatically triggered as soon as a customer's balance exceeds the amount covered by the credit insurance – enabling immediate intervention.

How it works:

  1. Configure: Navigate to your credit policy settings.

  2. Enable: Add the risk warning "Credit insurance exceeded".

  3. Monitor: Once the threshold is exceeded, the warning appears in your Risk Dashboard.

Displaying Expired Collateral in Risk Management

We have expanded the Risk Management tab to provide more comprehensive historical tracking. Users can now view both active and expired collateral in a structured list – without losing any relevant risk data.

New Sidebar Section "Your Edited Proposals"

We have expanded the Credit Limit Proposals view to better track your personal contributions.
Previously, it was difficult to track the status of credit limit proposals you had edited. Once a proposal was validated or moved forward in the workflow, you often had to manually filter it to see the final result of your work.

The Solution
We have added a new sidebar entry "Your Edited Proposals". This view serves as your personal work overview for open credit limit proposals and displays all proposals you have been involved with in one central location.

Redesigned Sidebar for Attachments

We have restructured the display of attachments and enhanced it with intelligent grouping and sorting functions. This makes it easy to find files by content or creator.

What's new:

Detailed View for Credit Insurance

We have redesigned the credit insurance view and introduced tab-based navigation. This makes all relevant information – from insurance details to legal identification data – available in a single, structured view.

This solution is already available for all our credit insurance providers: Allianz Trade, Atradius & Coface.

Comparison of ERP and External Master Data

We're pleased to introduce the new "Master Data Comparison" feature!
This feature closes the gap between your internal ERP data and data from external credit agencies and insurers, making it possible to identify discrepancies in seconds and verify data quality.
Maintaining high-quality master data is a continuous challenge. Often, information in the ERP system (e.g., company names or addresses) differs from data at credit agencies or insurers.

The Solution
With the new "Compare" function all data sources are consolidated in a single, side-by-side view. Your ERP data remains fixed while you can switch between external providers to see who delivers the most current or accurate information.

What's New:

How It Works:

  1. Navigate to the Master Data section in the customer sidebar or on the Customer Show page.

  2. Click the new "Compare" button next to your ERP data.

  3. In the modal, you can switch between external providers at the top.

  4. Check the red-marked fields to identify potential updates in your system.
