New Categories & Filters for Your Comments
Never lose track of your comments again! With this update, you can categorize comments, highlight them in color, and filter them specifically.
What's new: You can now assign individual categories to your comments. These are completely customizable, color-coded, and make team collaboration significantly more efficient.
Your benefits:
Instant context: With 20 different colors, you can see at a glance what it's about (e.g., "Urgent", "Discussion needed", or "Payment confirmed").
Find faster instead of searching: With the new filters, you can search specifically by categories – even combined with customer or order filters.
Smart working: Your three most frequently used categories are displayed directly as quick-buttons.
How it works:
Set up: Admins can define names, colors, and even translations for the categories in Settings.
Tag: When writing a comment, simply select the appropriate category.
Filter: Use the filter function in the comment tab to customize the view.
Disable Scheduled Data Exports
From now on, you have full control over your automated data flows. Instead of having to delete and recreate configurations, you can now simply temporarily disable scheduled exports.
What's new: We've introduced a new active/inactive toggle for all scheduled data exports. With this, you can pause exports when you don't need them right now and reactivate them later with just one click.
Why this is helpful:
Easy maintenance: Pause data flows during internal audits or system maintenance without losing your settings.
No time wasted: Save yourself the tedious process of recreating export configurations. Your schedules remain saved in the background.
Full control: You decide at any time with just a click when data should flow and when it shouldn't.
Where can I find this feature? Simply open the detail view of any scheduled export. There you'll find the new toggle to set the status to "inactive" or "active".
New Default Sorting for Reminders
We have optimized the view of your sent reminders so you can find the most important information immediately – without having to search for a long time.
What's new: From now on, your sent reminders will be sorted in reverse chronological order (newest to oldest) by default.
Your benefits:
No more scrolling: Your most recent activities now automatically appear at the top of the list.
Quick check: Check the reminders you just sent immediately without having to manually adjust the sorting.
Comments in Overview Page
From now on, you no longer need to open each customer profile individually to check the current status of communications. We bring the comments directly to your list views!
What's new: We've introduced a new, dynamic comments column. An icon immediately shows you whether and how many comments exist for an entry.
Your benefits:
Instant overview: A small icon reveals the number of comments – directly in the table.
Preview on click: Simply click the icon to read the latest notes including timestamp and author in a small window (popover).
No back and forth jumping: Stay in your current list while you review information. Need to dig deeper? The "All Comments" button opens the complete history in a new tab.
Where can I find this feature? You can easily add the "Comments" column via the table settings on the following pages:
Customer Index
Credit Limit & Limit Proposal Index
Journal Entries (JE) Index & JE Tab in Customer View
The New URL Field for Custom Fields
Say goodbye to cluttered, lengthy web addresses in your records! We've introduced the new field type "URL" to keep your user interface clean and efficient.
What's new: Instead of displaying a cryptic web address, the field name itself acts as a smart link.
Your benefits:
Clean design: No more walls of text. Your interface remains clear because only the field name appears as a clickable link.
Quick access: Click on the field name and the target page opens instantly in a new tab.
Better organization: Link external documents, portals, or references to your records more elegantly than ever before.
Audit-Safe Resend
We've improved the process for resending letters. From now on, your history remains clean and untouched while you enjoy maximum flexibility when resending.
We've made risk management more efficient! From now on, you'll find all important functions in one central location, so you can manage credit limits and policies even faster.
What's new: Instead of switching back and forth between different sections, you'll now find a new Action Bar at the top of the risk management tabs and in the sidebar. This consolidates the most important commands in a clear bar.
Your benefits:
Faster workflow: Edit limits or expiration dates directly without having to search for them.
See everything at a glance: Access decision history or PDF documents with a single click.
Intuitive: Icons like the pencil (edit) or calendar (expiration date) guide you safely through the process.
Where do I find the new feature? The Action Bar is now available on the "Policy Details" page and in the sidebar summary.
Tip: When you hover your mouse over the icons, a short text (tooltip) will immediately show you the respective function.
Custom Fields in Credit Limit Application Templates
Manual data entry is a thing of the past! We've improved credit limit application templates so you can use existing information even more efficiently.
What's new: From now on, you can integrate custom fields as an element into your application templates. This means: data that is already stored in the system is automatically pulled into the application.
Why this matters to you:
No duplicate entry: Use data that already exists in Bilendo directly in the application process.
Higher data quality: With automatic import, you reduce typos and ensure consistent information.
Faster approvals: Since all relevant information is available immediately, the entire approval process is accelerated.
How to configure it: Go to the settings of your credit limit application templates. When adding a new element, simply select "Custom Field" from the dropdown menu.

Advanced Filters for Aging Reports
From now on, you have even more control over which data flows into your aging reports. With the new organization filters, segment your reports exactly according to your needs.
What's new: You can now filter your aging reports directly by Areas, Business Units and Customer Groups.
Your benefits:
Targeted analysis: Isolate specific organizational units with just a few clicks, without having to manually edit the data later.
Better overview: Create reports in no time that exactly reflect the structure of your company.
Quick configuration: Simply select the aging report and use the new "Filter data by" option to customize your view.
Object-Level Filters for Webhooks
Your external systems should only receive the data they really need. With the new Object-Level Filtering for webhooks, you can now precisely determine which events trigger an action.
What's new: You can now store filter criteria directly in the webhook configuration. This ensures that your target system only receives relevant information – for example, "Send updates only for key accounts".
Why this matters:
Less "noise": Your system is no longer flooded with unnecessary events that are irrelevant to the use case at hand.
Maximum control: Admins can define precise business rules for data synchronization.
Easy to use: The filter interface matches exactly our familiar index and export filters – so you don't need to adjust.
Here's how it works:
Open settings: Navigate to your webhook configurations.
Select object: Choose the object type you want to filter.
Define filters: Set specific criteria (e.g., "Customer group is key account").
Automatic logic: Bilendo automatically checks with each event:
Match? The webhook is triggered.
No match? No webhook.
