Manually Update a Customer's Default Currency (if applicable)
Previously, a customer's default currency was tied to the currency of the first transaction—with no option for manual changes. With this update, users can now manually change the default currency when a customer has multiple currencies assigned.
When a change is made, the system automatically recalculates balances and turnover, and updates the corresponding caches to ensure accuracy. This gives teams greater control and flexibility when working with multi-currency customers—especially in cases where the original default currency is not ideal.
Flexibility for First Reminder Trigger - Due Date or Invoice Date
We've added a new option to reminder templates that allows you to choose whether the first reminder is triggered by:
Due date (default—current logic)
Invoice date (new option)
This is especially helpful for customers whose due dates don't always reflect internal agreements—providing fairer and more reliable reminders for strategic key customers.
Customer Balance in Reconciliation Exports
You can now export customer balance together with other fields in reconciliations. This allows finance and support teams to view balances directly in CSV/XLS without additional lookups. Simply select "Customer Balance" during export (or all fields).

Promotes collaboration: Sales, finance, and risk teams can access consistent, structured information

Account Health Dashboard is live
We have introduced a visual dashboard that gives customer administrators a centralized view of their account's configuration and integration health – replacing the old settings overview.
This update helps reduce support tickets, accelerate onboarding, and enable self-diagnosis of critical issues, such as:
Missing user invitations or misconfiguration
SFTP/SMTP setup issues
Inactive workflows or missing credit policies
Expected vs. actual imports of customer, document, and data enhancer files and document documents
… and more
The cards display real-time metrics with red/yellow/green status indicators and direct links to filtered views for faster troubleshooting. (See screenshot below)
