The Release of the new Clarification Management has been successfully accomplished at July 15th, 2026.

The Clarification Management module automates communication around open items — between accounting, sales, after-sales, and external parties. It links your documents with clear responsibilities, documented reasons, and reportable data.

Current: Release 2.0 on 07/15/2026

Clarification Management 2.0 is the largest release in the module since its introduction in 2020. Bi-directional communication, standardized reasons, approval procedures, and cross-workflow reporting will be available in the production environment on 07/15/2026. Starting 06/03/2026, you can test all new features in the sandbox.
